THIS IS NOT A TERMINATION REQUEST

You have the option to pause your subscription once per calendar year.

1. You have the option to pause your automatic recurring monthly membership for any reason. We understand that things can happen and we would like to do what we can to help.

2. In a current month, the subscription cannot be paused. For example, if you request your break in June, it will only become active in July. In addition, requests to pause the subscription must be requested at least 7 calendar days before the start of the break. It is not possible to pause the subscription retroactively. So request your break on time.

3. Requests to pause are limited to once per calendar year, in increments of 1 calendar month, for up to three consecutive periods of 3 calendar months (e.g. January, February and March).

4. Upon expiration of the break period you select below, your account will automatically be reactivated and regular membership payments will resume. If you choose to cancel your membership during the break period, the standard 1 calendar month notice period applies.

If you choose to reactivate your membership after it has been cancelled, the membership rates of that moment apply (membership rates and registration fees are subject to change).
